It’s not the candidates’ fault. If the “debates” were given more than 90 minutes for 10 candidates, and ALL candidates HAD to comment on EACH question, that would be a real debate.

The forum being used is unfair, because the power to direct a question belongs to the moderator, and is thus ultimately uninformative.

How long did the Lincoln-Douglas debates last? I thought I'd read it was days.

Yet some wonder why Fred has avoided the debates to date when he had half of H&C all to himself after the most recent debate. Duh.

And you make yet ANOTHER point why Fred has been smart to follow the path he has taken to date. He doesn't get to speak only when Wolfie lets him.
