That's a nice picture. In case you don't know the name of the ship in the picture, it's the USS Banner, AGER2 (That's an Auxiliary Geographic Environmental Research Vessel #2). AGER1 was the USS Pueblo.
I spent about a month temporary duty on it when it was home ported in Japan (after the Koreans had taken the Pueblo). Even the cook on this ship needed a TS clearance, because he had to know how many days to provision for, and that info was top secret.

Whoa.....cheap shot!
The Aussies were well armed and took positions aboard the vessel they searched....good move to repel boarders. Pueblo had a mounted Fifty, a handful of deck apes and a bunch of techs on board. The deck crew did what they could and the techs were busy with the 'Burn Detail' below. COB can clue you in on the weather conditions in the Sea of Japan in January.
