And Spain’s too. I did note that this happens all over Europe I believe. The fact that there is racism at many nation’s soccer games does not mean that the Serb’s are magically not racist.

True. Then again, the recent past has shown the Serb government (Yugoslavia rump state) sanctioned some less than savory things as well, right?

Not really. I don’t think of any particular spot in the Balkans as particularly enlightened. Many of these little countries are less than savory in their recent histories.
