And he may have murdered them in front of one of his other children ( the 2 year old ).

Unlikely.
The coward got someone else to do it.

I wonder how long before the motive is established?

For the sake of the families, I am grateful that this man confessed.

Did he actually confess? I can't find anything (yet) that says he did.

While I suspect he is in fact the killer, I was still a bit appalled yesterday to hear some bimbo on Fox saying things like "For heaven's sake, he was arrested and charged so he has to be guilty". She probably said the same thing about the Duke lacross players.

The story was reported by two Ohio news sources, who cite the sheriff as their source. Since then, silence. I think that is what happened, but they are paranoid about giving out any information. One thing is certain: Either there WAS a confession, or an eyewitness. Otherwise they would have NEVER found the bodies 60 miles away.

The headline says that but the story doesn't.

What I heard (on Fox) yesterday was that he said he was there and helped dispose of the body, but didn't kill her. I don't believe him, but unfortunately he's still innocent until proven guilty (either by confession or by a jury).

As much as I think he did it (probably all on his own) I get a little nervous at what sounds like lynch mob mentality. After all, look at the Duke Lacross case.

I’m hearing that there was a ping from his cell phone close to the area where the body was found. Haven’t been able to confirm but it would be a hard question to answer for Bobby of true.

Oh, it’s the thread headline I read! So it wasn’t my fault after all!

If you feel comfortable in trusting every headline you see, then by all means, go have your ice cream knowing you're well-informed on all things.

There is a major difference in this case and the Duke Lacrosse case. In the Duke case, no crime was committed. In this case, we have two dead people — a mother and her unborn child.

We didn't know that at the time of the charges (Duke), after all a woman reporting a rape is generally an indication of a crime being comitted.

Anyway, I don't dispute that there was a murder comitted, all I'm saying is that we don't yet have a conviction (or even a confession, as far as I can tell). Once we do, then we can lynch the guy.

Actually, we don't yet know for certain that there was a murder. At least not until we hear about the cause of death. It's conceivable (but I'm not betting on it) that there could have been a drug overdose or something like that (which could be called accidental).

Maybe YOU didn't know, but a few people here in North Carolina certainly knew it, and we blew the lid off the case for all the world to see. It just took a full year for the North Carolina system to work. It should have never been filed, and we knew it back then. In this specific case, the woman was discredited from the very start. The real crime here was the press, the police, the justice system and the political systems were corrupt. THAT is the big story.

In Ohio, innocent victims were murdered.

Actually, we don't know yet HOW she was murdered. In accidental deaths, they are reported. Ambulances are dispatched, and the witnesses don't haul the bodies 60 miles away and bury them in shallow graves. Get real.
