Of those 35 children, how many were shot by the original owner of guns purchased at a legitimate gun store? Or were they all gang-violence shootings? Gee, which could it be?

Certainly wouldn’t want to hold the criminals responsible for murder. I was watching CNN several weeks ago and they were interviewing Arne Duncan, a real piece of work BTW, head of the Chicago public schools and he was doing the same thing. “If we’d just get rid of the guns.” Nothing about the culture or the criminals. He also actually had the audacity to say: “we value our guns and the second amendment more then we value our children” He was adamant about it and quite frankly an arrogant prick. Of course what he ignored was the criminals themselves, the culture and also the fact that quite a few of these murders had nothing to do with a gun in the first place. Some kids have been strangled or stabbed. We must hold inanimate objects and not people responsible. I guess it appeals to his little Marxist head.

Oh, right, it's the guns which are at fault here. Ban the guns and every other problem just disappears... In a way, I long for the days when I could just imagine myself into these strange and unusual worlds where everything is just peachy. Then I realized it stank being a liberal.

I noticed in the article that is just says deaths. Because of that, I’m guessing that all 35 of these kids did not die by gunfire. Oh, and I wonder how many of the ones that did die by a bullet had the bullet or gun purchased from Chucks? A good reporter out there might find that out. They might want to know if ole Chuck’s is just a scapegoat for Jesse’s shake down express coalition.
Just an aside, I went to a gunshow this weekend. I’ll bet there were more guns per square foot there than in any comparable area of Chicago’s inner city. It’s funny how there was not one shooting there the whole time. What gives? Are the guns tamer here in Pa than in Chicago?
