Paris Hilton is a free woman, but is she a new woman?
The 26-year-old hotel heiress was released from the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif., early Tuesday, and has sworn to dedicate her life to making a difference in the world.

My thoughts exactly! Is she our annointed queen and we weren’t told? Unbelievable...following her caravan home, ridiculous. 15 minutes of fame is all she deserved if that, now it will be wall to wall coverage again, ugh.
totally assinine what I see on the tv. 50 minutes of this crap so far.
I felt a disturbance in the Force. As if millions of voices suddenly cried out “ WHO CARES!”
I’ll start caring about the ongoing saga of Paris Hilton if she enlists in the Marines, or at the very least goes on a USO tour.
But if we are in for more of the same from her, my giveadam’n is busted. There are other channels to watch.
Not long enough. A life sentence would be just fine.
Oh, LOL!!!
lmao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are trying to take the spotlight off what the senate is trying to do today.
All eyes on Paris while we pass the shamnesty bill.
> Paris? Free? I thought we liberated Paris in WWII...
(grin!) good one! I like it!
And somewhat way-off-on-a-tangent, and on a minor historical quibble: you’ve provided a great opportunity to Remember.
Unlike Holland or Belgium, France was not liberated in WW-II. Instead it was invaded, conquered, and turned over to De Gaul’s Free French Government-in-exile by the Allies.
The legitimate French government of the day in Vichy was in collaboration with the Nazis, and from the time of the Fall of France until it was ridded of the Axis, France was enemy soil.
The heroic men and women of the French Resistence deserve to be remembered for what they did and who they were: brave private citizens who stood up to their traitorous Vichy Government and the Nazi enemy at constant peril to their own lives. Exactly as all good Citizens should do under similar circumstances.
To that extent they weren’t liberated: they took their own country back — with a little help from their friends.

Vive la résistance! Et vive la France libre!

Your comment reminds me of the time I decided to map the locations of all the lawn balls in the county.
Woke up, turned on FoxNews. It looks like it is going to be all Paris all day.
OFF still works on the remote.
Wow. I'm here to tell you, that makes my day.
Same here.
"Larry, I have a question. If the government can keep me behind bars for three weeks, why can't they close the borders and keep all the illegals out?"
