Iran bombers attack Our Boys

Iran bombers attack Our Boys

IRANIAN forces are being choppered over the Iraqi border to bomb Our Boys, intelligence chiefs say.

Military experts claim this worrying move means we are at WAR with Iran in all but name.

Last night an intelligence source told The Sun: “It is an extremely alarming development and raises the stakes considerably. In effect, it means we are in a full on war with Iran — but nobody has officially declared it.

“We have hard proof that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps have crossed the border to attack us.

“It is very hard for us to strike back. All we can do is try to defend ourselves. We are badly on the back foot.” *

Our Boys picked up the Iranian helicopters on radar crossing into empty desert.

The sightings have been confirmed to The Sun by very senior military sources.

At least two Brit squaddies are thought to have been killed by bombs planted during these incursions into Maysan province — Corporal Ben Leaning, 24, and Trooper Kristen Turton, 27.

A further 44 British deaths have also been linked to the highly advanced bombs, rockets and mortars which originated in Iran.

Coming so swiftly after the kidnap of 15 Royal Navy sailors in the Gulf, our revelation will send strained relations between London and Tehran plummeting further.

If by that you mean there will be military action against Iran by the UK, I doubt it. Makes me sad that we are rolling over on this.

All it would take is for us or UK to knock out one or two of those choppers...Me thinks that we could do that any time. Perhaps we’re holding back for political reasons? Funny, if the Russians were in Iraq and this was happening, they wouldn’t think twice about go after the Iranians.

We should haved blasted the Syrians and Iranians from the start.

We need to send another strongly worded letter of protest...that’s the ticket...it will fix those bullies.

I’m not sure about the UK (though I think these developments make it exponentially more likely that the UK will be involved), but I’m certain the US will strike Iran soon. Iran’s already stepped way over the line, and we need to hit its nuclear sites regardless.

Time to pull this snake’s fangs.

I doubt it -

the left has succeeded in making it nearly (politically) impossible for America to use its military in any manner that would be considered “on”. And, if you confronted any leftist with it, they’d be downright proud of the fact.

The only thing that would turn this climate around, sadly, is another attack on our own soil.

I think you’re quite wrong. I’ve seen recent polls on this - the MAJORITY of Americans support airstrikes on Iran right now. Politicians are always underestimating the basic savvy of the American people (just look at the immigration bill).

Believe it or not, the majority of Americans support victory in Iraq too. It’s just they’ve been convinced we’ve already been defeated by the Islamic Propaganda Ministry, or what most people call “the US media”.

The only right way to do this is to kill or capture a bunch of Revolutionary Guards on Iraqi soil. Then drop a large one on Tehran and Mr. Ahmoslobaknob. The surviving Muzzies can go home in about 400 years.

NOTE: Any resemblance of this image to the detonation of a nuclear device is purely coincidental. No animals were harmed in the making of this post. However 6.5 million former residents of Tehran are now in Paradise.

Iran is trying to draw us in to a war with them, to throw the whole Middle East into turmoil. As if it isnt already.

Thanx for the link BB.

The Capt's quarter analysis puts the source in perspective but doesn't refute the fact that Iranian arms and people are killing Coalition Troops IN Iraq.

Interesting, the Sun publishing this though.

Also, the Sun article raises a question from the following statement;

"We have hard proof that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps have crossed the border to attack us. It is very hard for us to strike back. All we can do is try to defend ourselves. We are badly on the back foot."

The reference to "us"? Is "us" the Britt's or "us" Coalition Forces?

I think Iran is trying to run ALL Coalition Forces out of Iraq.

Their helicopters are fair game after crossing the border. Their troops need to be captured alive and paraded in front of the media.....oh, wait!!! They have been killing Americans for years now and we have done everything we can in Washington to hide it. Maybe they will just go away if we ignore their presence.

Just like Vietnam, the enemy has sanctuary and cover that we wont penetrate. And good Americans die as a result.

Either we fight this war to win or get the hell out.

We cannot win wars if we limit our theater of operations while our enemies don’t.

I agree. We need to fight, but we need to pick when, where, and how. In the meantime I hope we are engaged in a broad array of covert activities in Iran.
