Ann was not absolutely at the top of her form, but she did fine. I think with preparation and advance warning, she could have mopped the floor with Mrs. Edwards.
Ann is one of the toughest gals alive in this country, and maybe the world. SHe is absolutely fearless, and never is willing to “make nice” with those she sees as her enemies.
She reminds me a lot of the late , great Oriana Fallaci, but even wilder and more dedicated. She DOES go too far sometimes, but she is willing to do that , to draw out the enemy and make them look even more foolish than she’s already shown them to be.(Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t) Ann seems willing to risk EVERYTHING, and set herself on fire for what she believes. There is a great deal to admire in that. I do believe that this set up was entrapment and baiting in more ways than one, with Elizabeth Edwards, cancer victim/survivor halfway hoping to get Ann to slip up and tell her she hopes she dies, or something like that. As far as I know that didn’t happen, but believe me , the Edwardses were keeping their fingers crossed that it would.

Why aren't people upset at yet another collusion between a major TV network and a Democrat presidential campaign?
Other than Coulter herself not running for president, we have CBS/NBC colluding with John Kerry's/John Edwards' campaign on a media hit of George Bush/Ann Coulter.
Doesn't anybody care about the news media getting too close to the newsmakers that they cover? Doesn't anybody care about the news media inserting themselves into, or worse, concocting the stories they air?
