Update: ACLU spokesman says if the judge paints a sombrero on Jesus' head, and adds a proper pronunciation guide under it (hay-SOOS) the picture may stay here indefinitely.

The display of religious icons is protected by the First amendment and is by definition legal. They should be debating not the legality of the display ,but rather its constitutionality. Since the religious display is not a law, then it can’t be unconstitutional. ACLU terrorists have destroyed not only our legal system but our very language itself.
