I don't know who voted yes. They must not have been locals.

If I were the judge, I’d insist that the ACLU prove that it is indeed a picture of Jesus.

Jesus losing 82 percent to 17 percent right now.

Update: ACLU spokesman says if the judge paints a sombrero on Jesus' head, and adds a proper pronunciation guide under it (hay-SOOS) the picture may stay here indefinitely.

Thanks to BBell for the ping. The ACLU continues their marxist march.
FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)

So would the ACLU objhect to a picture of Mohammad — or Osama bin Laden — or the head mullah from Iran?

The display of religious icons is protected by the First amendment and is by definition legal. They should be debating not the legality of the display ,but rather its constitutionality. Since the religious display is not a law, then it can’t be unconstitutional. ACLU terrorists have destroyed not only our legal system but our very language itself.
