CANTON The estranged wife of accused murderer Bobby L. Cutts Jr. filed for divorce today.
Kelly R. Cutts filed a complaint in Stark County Family Court and asked for a restraining order, court records show.
She and Bobby Cutts married July 28, 2001, and separated in May 2004.
Bobby Cutts stands accused of killing girlfriend Jessie M. Davis and her unborn baby. Family member say Cutts was the father of the baby and a second child, 2-year-old Blake.
The divorce case has been assigned to Judge David E. Stucki.
Good idea, she might have been next.
This scumbag has disgraced every LEO in this country.
I have to wonder why it took this for her to seek a divorce.
Like the out-of-wedlock babies weren’t enough? She stuck around a lot longer than I would have. Or maybe she was too afraid until he was locked up. She may have known the potential.....
I am also curious about whether she was white, like the other women who were mamas to his babies. I know, makes me a racist, right?
So they have been separated for 3 years - in the meantime the husband fathers 2 children by a girlfriend and that was ok by her but then he kills the girlfriend and NOW she wants a divorce !!HMMM

Nikki Giavasis is the ex lover of accused double murderer Bobby Cutts Jr. She is also a model and some sort of a ring girl and apparently also has appeared with another alleged double murderer WWE superstar Chris Benoit. In what can pretty much be described as a stretch the two are linked in a story on AOL's Entertainment website TMZ.Com

His potential to support the family, and his ability to contest the divorce have both dropped. Or, maybe its easier for her to sell her story to some tabloids if she cuts the knot completely. Take yer pick.
I’m more curious about how much the victim’s family knew about her relationship with Cutts...and when they knew it.
I wouldn’t count on much in the way of alimony.

While I certainly feel pity for the poor murdered woman, she picked this man as a lover and had two children by him. She knew about his utter and complete lack of civilized morals.
Either women bear some small amount of culpability for the man they pick or they truly are as that line from the movie “As Good as it Gets”.

While I feel so very sorry for Jessie’s family and pray for Jessie and her unborn baby and her 2 yr old child I have to ask what she was thinking to have not one but 2 children with a man wout of wedlock and she obviously knew NOTHING about! Are these women all idiots? What did Jessie’s mom think of her hanging around this guy who she now says she didn’t really know It boils my blood to think that many women endanger children being with these crazy men they sleep with and don’t even know-Amber Frey & Scott Peterson etc. They put their kids in dangerous situations and don’t even give it a thought. very upsetting. Why didn’t the wrestling woman take her kid and run from that loon Benoit?
