Interesting 70% of Democrats suppored the amnesty bill, 75% of Republicans voted against it.

And in polls....75% of Democrats are against amnesty, and 95% Republicans are against amnesty.

Clearly, the senate is NOT listening to Americans.

That’s a good point: but the American people will see it as GWB pushing this and won’t take into account that only 30 percent of Republicans followed GWB over the brink.
