There was evidence supporting charges of illegal late-term abortions, but Morrison refusaled to prosecute on those charges. At least if found guilty it should take away his licence to practice murder.

More likely the AG plans to mount a weak case enabling Tiller to beat all the charges. Any future charges would be looked upon as malicious and dismissed.
