Wow. Incredible reports. One of them (the guy in the picture?) was an Iraqi doctor at a hospital in the UK; another one was also a doctor. Some Hippocratic oath they take in the ME!
My opinion: The guy is not burned badly enough. Coppers should have waited a few more minutes before putting the flames out.
