Hopefully, you aren’t experiencing the problem we are.

Our mail servers have been moved to the Post DOIM, our IT department lost control of them. E-mail hasn’t been the same, since.

In fact, I was without service Friday because our DOIM removed my middle initial from my AKO account, and created a duplicate AKO address situation between me and a DA Civilian at Ft. Belvoir...

Our servers are also in another state. The DOIM cannot manage the servers like they used to and we have had trouble with them ever since. My last name is very unusual, so I don’t need the middle initial or a number behind the name of the AKO account.

LOL! I’ve had a couple nodding spells. We’re just printing checks and the Direct Deposit, which is the trigger for the deadlines, has been sent!! A second wind should kick in fairly soon.
