I thought it was all about the Paleostinian/Israeli conflict, silly me. All this time I thought that is why they wanted to blow up anything and everything. According to the imam all we have to do is convert and become part of the caliphate and everything will be hunky-dory. It makes sense I guess that beheading Christian school girls in Indonesia had nothing to with Paleostinian/Israeli relations. I am sure the imam is a really swell guy but I am going to pass on the whole “joining the caliphate” thingy, at least as long as there are other things I would rather do, like sticking a red-hot poker in my eye.
