COLUMBIA, Tenn. (AP) - Maury County authorities are looking for a man they suspect raped a 15-year-old girl only hours after being released from jail.
Twenty-4-year-old Juan Villa has been in jail 11 times since 2001 on charges that include assault and public intoxication.
He was released late Friday night and authorities believe he committed rape just hours later. While investigating the crime, a 13-year-old girl also told deputies Villa raped her.
Villa is suspected of being in the country illegally and 13 other suspected illegal immigrants were arrested yesterday while agents searched for him.
Immigrant rights advocates have accused the department of racial profiling because it has detained about 80 illegal immigrants since May, including 25 in a single day.
Sheriff Enoch George says the immigrants were detained after deputies came across them during criminal investigations.
Another Jorge Bush voter. Thank you Jorge and the RINOcrats of the Spineless Party for voting to make this type of slime legal in my country.
This country allows illegals to get away with illegal entry, many even encourage it. Many laws are not enforced against illegals once they are here, or they receive lighter sentences and special treatment. Why would we expect them to think they need to follow any of our laws? Those that support illegal aliens are enabling criminal behavior.
You know the governments lost all control when this occurs.
While our representatives, in charge of controlling and securing the Federal borders, slowly nod, as millions more pass by.
Does he think we are that stupid?
In a word, yes.
How can “IMMIGRANT RIGHTS GROUPS” be upset? Anyone in the country illegally is subject to detention and removal at any time. This is what comes of the USG failing to vigorously enforce our laws. Lawbreakers come to believe it is unjust, on the rare occasions when an outrage forces authorities to act.
In jail 11 times since 2001, here illegally, multiple rapist of underage girls and still here. WTF? I rest my case.
LOL!
Woodchippers are certainly quick, but they require fuel to operate, and there’s no need in creating more of a carbon footprint...
Rope, on the other hand, is cheap and reusable. You could even get some of the Libertarians (and DU hippies) behind it if you used hemp rope.
Thank you George W Bush. George, God forbid, what if this scum bag left his man droppings in your daughter???????
BINGO!!!!!! Screw GWB, this is way touch for me to handle.
Only 11?
Amnesty Now! /s
Daahhh, touch = to much.......
Daahhh, touch = to much.......
Thank you open border lobbyists, Chertoff, Bush, corporate greedholders, for the RAPING of innocent American girls and women, the murders, the theft, the drugs, the draining and sucking out of our economy in exchange for your CHEAP LETTUCE.
The problem is eventually they are released.
I believe we should lease land on Mexico’s side of the border and move all Mexican prisoners to a new prison on that land. It would create jobs for Mexicans and move these illegals out of our care.
Demand a border fence! Build it NOW!! Beef up the border patrol and close our borders!

How can an illegal alien be arrested 11 times in six years, and not be deported?
I’d like to see every magistrate who ever sprung him be charged as an accesory to this rape of a teenage girl.
Hmmm, if every police agency in the country just picked up 25 a day.........it would solve our illegal problem.
