Any one else would be.

I suggest putting him in a padded cell for thirty days, with Paris Hilton.

I think he made bail before they had a chance to convict him.

Democrats and their offspring and their relatives do not go to jail for such offenses. See Patches Kennedy, or see any Kennedy for that matter. Homocide is another matter....uh sometimes..For example it took a book and a quarter of a century after the fact just to lock up a Kennedy non-blood relation for murder. How do you think they treat drug offenses? It`s a non-event according to the laws of liberals.
"Appeal, appeal!! I`m a Kennedy non-blood relation! The law doesn`t apply to me!"

Oh yes, and even rape is OK for the relatives of famous Democrats...
And even Democrat Presidents! Hey after all, it`s only rape!

I’m all for him getting treatment but...how come the young man is only getting the attentiion he obviously needs ONLY AFTER being busted???? Seems to me this did not happen overnight. Seems to be something that should have been addressed seriously after his 2003 bust.
