Ahh, you’re being a bit harsh. His formal name may be “Thomas”, but I don’t see anything wrong with “Tommy.”

Besides, shouldn’t be too critical of names, Mr. Rathbone.

Yeah, we’ve been pretty stuck on stupid lately. This President doesn’t get with the program soon on the borders, and it’s going to seriously harm whomever is the nominee and the party as a whole. :-\

Agree with fieldmarshaldj. It’s kind of a silly arguement to make when guys known as Ronnie, Jimmy, Harry, Woody, Teddy, and Grover (not to mention “Rud” and “Chet”) were all handily elected President.

Tommy Thompson has weaknesses, but being known as “Tommy” isn’t one of them.

Sorry folks, been falling behind on my TT ping list this week. Keep the articles coming! And let's see if the supporters of Frudy McRomneyson can get their guy on record:

A) Opposing ALL amnesty legislation and firm that ALL illegals MUST be sent back to their own country.

B) Proven, CONSISTANT, RELIABLE pro-life views throughout his ENTIRE career

C) On record that one of his first acts in the White House would be a full PARDON for Border Agents Ramos and Competeon

D) PROVEN record on strict constructionist judges that do NOT legislate from the bench

E) Proudly endorsed FAIRTAX with a PLEDGE to sign it into the law the MOMENT it reaches his desk -- and PROVEN record standing up for tax cuts and slashing pork barrel spending

F) Proven RESULTS and LEADERSHIP in office, rather than padding resume with how good he sounds on TV and all the nice stuff he's done in the private sector

G) NO ties to ever endorsing the anti-soviegnity agenda of the RINO sellout crowd, especially McCain-Feingold, the Council on Foreign Relations, La Raza, NAFTA, etc.

So far I've only found ONE presidential candidate who has held statewide office and can claim all of the above. His name is TOMMY Thompson.

Agreed. I’m also a tad mad at Tommy for leaving us in a lurch and leaving the VOID that was filled by a ‘Rat Governor...the first in 20+ years! And then the ‘Rat was re-elected!

Wisconsin’s ‘Death By A Thousand Cuts’ (and I’m not talkin’ TAX cuts!) is partly Tommy’s fault, IMHO.
