Seems to me I saw something that showed that Daily Kos was indirectly funded by the DNC. Is that why they formed this Kos Media, LLC .. to hide it?

Not directly - they have enough money laundering in between the DNC and crap like Kos to have their hands clean on paper anyway...

Thanks for the reply. Thought I heard somewhere, that someone had “followed the money” and found that the DNC was funding both the Democratic Underground and the Daily Kos. Maybe I am mistaken. Was hoping someone would recall it .. or maybe my mind is going.. heh
Soros does fund MoveOn.org and all of MoveOn.org's umbrella groups. The interesting thing about this is that Soros is the largest investor of the Caryle Group which invests in the Military Industrial Complex. That puts MoveOn.org only a few degrees from profiting from the Iraq War.
Interesting that MoveOn.org does not get exposed and slammed for this HUGE conflict on interest.
As for who funds DailyKos, that is probably public record somewhere.
I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the DNC was backing it’s familiars on the Internet. Howard Dean knows better than anyone what can happen in this venue.
An army of expensive democrat crooked lawyers has produced an obfuscutory wall of financial secrecy making it very difficult to understand the true nature of Daily Kos, Democratic Underground, MoveOn.Org, Media Matters, and other criminal entities.
Simple observation demostrates the total (illegal) coordination with the Democrat National Committee, however.
I can only hope so. It would definitely be a waste of resources for them. Besides, any decent American visiting that site will quickly discover what a foul lot they really are.

dailykos is just a website - I don’t think it is terribly expensive to keep it running, esp with all the true-believer suckers who read it. I’m sure someone here knows how to do one of the “who is?” domain searches, but I’d bet that the domain income fron the click ads is at least as much and probably a whole bunch more than the donations that keep (the totally-free-of-advertising) FR running.

The DNC does not need to fund anything. A large part of Democrat financing is from large contributions from trial lawyers and other wealthy contributors. All the DNC needs to do is to tell a few of these large contributors to funnel the money to some other entity like MoveOn instead
There are questions as to whether or not the site and the parent company are in violation of the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform act.
I remember Rush talking about the “Gang of 52” or some number a couple of years ago. I don’t remember the number, but they were all reporters.
They got faxes every few days with the dim talking points. One day, some of the faxes went to an incorrect fax machine and all sorts of stuff hit the ventilator.
There is a blog called "Flopping Aces" that has recently done a series of reviews, in multiple posts(called the Shadow Party) on the book. They are more than slightly interesting, and the review give a lot of detail on the Soros/Clinton/leftist organizations that fund the left. You will likely get some good information there, but be warned.......we are also susceptible to tinfoilhatism, maybe not as much as the KOS kiddies, but if you follow the threads of the Ron Paulists here, I think you will understand what I'm saying.
Yes Cindy is on the "outs" with the KidzKlub .. but it's not because she challenged Pelosi. Everyone is laughing about that. It is about her constant trashing of the Democratic party.
She pretty well split with the dems after they backed down on the Iraq withdrawal vote ... and Dems much already told her to bug off over her numerous comments bashing dems.
Now she is back trashing Democrats again .. saying they have no spine for refusing to impeach Bush because she doesn't *like* him ... and pretty much saying the whole party has always been worthless .. this stuff will finish her off. You can read her latest rant here ..
