My recommendation is to not attempt to house Sunni refugees in Kuwait.

The second we pull out of Iraq the Iranians will move in rapidly and prepare to dislodge us from Kuwait.

Best course of action is to send the Sunni refugees to Syria where they can be aided through channels in Israel. This should thoroughly shame the Sunni in every country (for whatever that might be worth).

I didn't read the article but I'll throw in two reasons: polygamy requiring the disposal of young men, and marrying first cousins (for how many generations?).
