The jury had access to a lot more evidence than you or I.

Umm no Evidence was suppressed, just like in the Nifong event, and the Haditha prosecutions. That is what has people's ire up. The drug runner was unarmed? Did you smoke his stash? Tell you what Gomez in Texas, go find yourself some pots to bang outside the BP agent's home to frighten their children - because you are at the same level of case research as the Duke lynch mob.

Obviously you can't read horse face. I said if a mistake was made, the appellate court will fix it. But you want to ditch trial by jury and decide cases by which talk show and group of idiots like yourself can beat your chest the longest.

Pray tell how a jury can have more information than the general public? The whole system is set up to obscure certain facts and keep them from jurors.

While I do not have a law degree, I have sat on County and Federal Grand jurys, I have also sat on local, federal and state jurys. Both civil and criminal.

There is no way you will find out what was excluded until after the trial.
