Perhaps a strange thought....but why can’t we get our CIA dudes and some Hollywood types...to make up a fake and bogus video of the death of Bin Laden...as authentic as possible...and ensure it falls straight into the hands of the dopey middle-eastern news agencies?
This would unsettle the Islamic world and Bin Laden would be forced to quickly put out some video...and maybe give away more evidence of his location.

Umm, because it would involve the CIA and Hollywood types. They’d screw it up.
The CIA is a nearly-necrotic bureaucracy that isn’t always working in the best interest of national security.
And no Hollywood types would dare place their names on such a creatively-effective venture.
Because the middle east media outlets knows the terrorists, and would know the tape wasn’t authentic, therefor, they wouldn’t report it at all.
Of course, no Hollywood types would participate in anything that might help America win the war.
