California Planned Parenthood Faciltiy Facing Second Lawsuit in Two Months for Negligence

Former Planned Parenthood patient, Rebecca Glover, has filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against Planned Parenthood for allegations that her cervical cancer was misdiagnosed for over a year due to their negligence. The suit seeks millions of dollars in damages. In the lawsuit, Glover claims that after performing a pap smear test, Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside Counties failed to tell Glover that the results of the tests revealed she had cervical cancer. The suit also charges that upon realizing its negligence, Planned Parenthood attempted to cover up its mistake by refusing to turn over medical records to Glover and giving her medical treatment she did not need. According to the suit, Glover did not find out about Planned Parenthood's mistake for over a year later. Her cervical cancer had advanced to stage 3.

On June 19, 2007, Planned Parenthood of San Diego and Riverside Counties was sued by the mother of 21 year old Edrica Goode who died of toxic shock syndrome after allegedly undergoing an abortion procedure at a Riverside Planned Parenthood clinic. The suit alleges Planned Parenthood negligently caused Goode's death by inserting cervical dilators into her despite the fact that Goode had a vaginal infection.

The Los Angeles Times recently reported that the California Department of Health Services issued a "deficiency" finding on June 29, 2007 regarding Planned Parenthood's actions related to Goode's death. The article quotes state officials as saying "based on medical record reviews and staff interviews, the facility failed to report an unusual death occurrence involving a patient's death within 24 hours to the department."

Planned Parenthood bills itself as the "nation's leading sexual and reproductive healthcare advocate and provider." Its services include abortion procedures; emergency contraception; screening for breast, cervical and testicular cancers; and counseling.

Did Rebecca not know the history of planned parent hood?

With the web it is not hard to learn that they are an offshoot of the eugenics society. Their main goal is population reduction.

If Rebecca were to die, it would be regarded as a win for planned parenthood.

Its not like the people of planned parenthood have ever hidden their intentions.

I hope she wins her lawsuit.

Still when people hear someone spout off about over population, they should be smart enough to realize they are being told to stop living.

May she win, and others follow suit. May the resources, funding and finances of PP dry up!

PP is the king of coverups. They don’t care about women. All they care about is death and $$$.
