excons who are murderers don’t get this type of treatment. This sex offender stuff is total garbage. I can understand it being applied to those who actually have committed sexual crimes, but touching is put in the same class? That is what is garbage.

I live in Oregon. This is embarrassing to our state. This prosecutor is disgusting. My child just told me of an incident at school this past year, in which, if he was caught by this prosecutor, he could be in the same boat as these boys. That scares me to death. Needless to say, I set my son straight and he will be keeping his hands to himself. He understands that if he touches a girl on the butt again, I’ll be “touching” his.
