I can hardly imagine that the terrorists in pakistan are waiting for a US congress decision so they could turn into peaceful citizens.

LOL! Dingy Harry and Momma Pelosi want to subcontract the War On Terror now! As though Americans are too soft to take on Al Qaeda themselves! Bunch of linguini-spined patsies in Congress. Who the hell are they to lecture other countries on how to fight terrorism? Especially when they're pushing to cut n run from the central front in the War On Islamofascism, namely Iraq.
