Chief Judge Caught with Loaded Gun at Metro

Federal officials at Metro Airport tell WXYZ they caught Sylvia James, chief judge of Inkster's 22nd District Court, with a loaded handgun in her luggage. TSA officials tell WXYZ they discovered the gun at 12:50 p.m. Saturday when James attempted to go through a security checkpoint in the McNamara Terminal.

James, who was described as very cooperative with TSA agents, was questioned and released. Charges are pending.

Any judge in Inkster would be crazy to not pack, being in the combat zone that Inkster is......but she messed up by taking it into the terminal.

She is blonde, but she is no Norwegian. She is black and you will probably never hear another peep about this incident. My attorney (now deceased and a retired judge himself) told me that when she dies, they will have to screw her a** into the ground. LOL

It is also alleged that she had 2 drunk driving arrests (I use arrests loosely) from 2 different cities and both were covered up. You enter HER courtroom and if you are white, you will do at least 30 days in county jail for a 1st offense. She is a hypocrite of the highest order.

Actually, I was googling the judge's name trying to find out if there were any updates and it took me here. I really wasn't aware that she had made it on FR. I saw the old date and thought I'd comment on her since I know her and how she operates. Sorry for accidentally pinging you. Oops. :)

She is absolutely a horrid person. EVERYONE must be to court on time, but she makes everybody wait for her majesty to appear sometimes 2 hrs. after court opens in the morning. Everyone is expected to say, “good morning” to her. LOL If it’s not loud enough, you must repeat. I feel for your 2 friends.
