Egyptian soldiers clashed with Bedouin protestors in Rafiah on Monday night. The protestors were demonstrating against the Egyptian army’s plan to destroy their homes, which are located within 150 meters of the border between Gaza and the Sinai Peninsula.

Eyewitnesses reported that several of the protestors were wounded. Some were shot by soldiers, they said, while others were injured by tear gas.
