i’m more than than tired of democraps that are constantly working against the united states.
at the same time i’m tired of defending republicans that don’t seem to have the will to stand up for themselves.

It is the DUTY of the Senate to confirm the nominees of the President.
The object of appointing the justices for life and the President making the nomination was to secure an unbiased, non political minded court to interpret the Constitution for ALL people of the USA.
The idea that a court would even consider "murdering" babies as a proper interpretation of the Constitution is absurd.
LIFE, liberty and the pursuit of Happiness is the "Order" of our God given rights. To say I have the freedom to murder the life of another living human being in my womb is to deny that living human being all rights. Absurd!

Schumer will do a weekend at bernies on Stevens if he has to, in order to keep abortion legal. Just like the Dems are doing with Senator Johnson from South Dakota, who has been out of action since suffering a stroke last summer!

A woman and black on the Dem ticket will have millions rushing to the polls just because a woman and black are on the ticket. Republican voters and candidates better bring their “A” game up to and on election day. If not, we'd better get used to saying President Clinton again. It would take decades to recover from that scenario.

Schumer says that he regrets the confirmation of Alito to the Supreme Court, since his replacement of retiring Justice Sandra Day O'Connor has tipped the Court's precarious 5-4 split more towards the conservative side. Schumer called it one of the "greatest failings" of his career as a senator and claimed President Bush "hoodwinked" Senate Democrats into allowing a vote on Alito. This is actually a pretty fascinating admission by one of the lead Democrat junkyard dogs that Bush, the alleged moron of the WH, misled the brilliant thinkers on the left!!
It is to laugh!! Notice how Democrats are increasingly becoming the "do-over" party!!???

Schumer lies. He knew who Roberts and Alito were, and couldn’t find an excuse or the votes to block them. He doesn’t want balance, he wants nine Ginsburgs. If it wasn’t for demagoguery, he wouldn’t have a job.

Just like the Dems are doing with Senator Johnson from South Dakota, who has been out of action since suffering a stroke last summer! I wish someone could explain to me what the state law says in this event. I have yet to see how this is even reasonably plausible or legal for the constituents of that district. If it was a conservative, the Dems would be screaming bloody murder and filing lawsuits.

Schumer is proposing that the Constitution simply be ignored when there's a chance to play personal politics.
People like Chuckey should not be allowed to participate in public life ~ send him back.

Umm, Mr. Schumer, can you please cite the Constitutional basis or historical precedent for attempting to maintain some ideological balance in the Supreme Court? Or are you just a hyper-partisan hack with no substantive ideas whatsoever?
To: monomaniac
No more cameras for Chuckie.

Based on butthead Schumer’s statement, every Republican now serving in the Senate who will be there after the ‘08 election should vow to filibuster any judicial nomination sent up by Hillary/Obama, whether it be for the Supreme Court or right down to a local Justice of the Peace. If the ‘Rats can deny a Republican President selections to the courts, so should the ‘Pubs do to a ‘Rat President.

I think it is time to begin the campaign against Schumer, the GOP must invest what ever resources necessary to defeat him in his next election, he also is way over due for a complete examination of HIS behavior, time look up his ass with a spotlight to see if his hat is on straight, Chuckie is very dirty.

Who the hell does he think he is? This is one arrogant, pompous ass. I say to him: “No more paychecks for him until he gets some work done instead of doing nothing but bashing the President and Judges the President puts up there. Then maybe he can have his paycheck becuase h e finally did some work for a change.” I’m sick of these self serving arrogant holier than thou people like Schumer. No wonder people get sick...the garbage they have to go through during confirmation hearings and the like from these sour old windbags would make anyone sick. Schumer better pray for a better heart. He’s nasty. It’s his way or the highway. What a giant loser

Schumer has just admitted his intent to subvert the Constitutional process (what a shock!?) and should be considered for censure in the Senate — and impeachment if he pursues this course of action without cause.
Fat chance that will happen. The Liberals are intent on causing a “Constitutional crisis” in order to further erode (or completely destroy) those rights reserved to the states and to the people, so that they may obtain ALL power ingoverning the affairs of the United States.
According to Liberals at this point in our history the position of the “loyal opposition” is foolish and dangerous. Beware the rise of Queen Hillary I — aka Chancellor Hitlery Rodham.
