I hate to say it, but I was listening to Sheppard Smith news hour a few days ago, and I actually laughed at the way he was reporting the news. He is a joke. The news is unwatchable. What can you say in a week where two News Helicopters collide killing all on board ..while chasing a car?

While it is true that a few short years ago I watched often. BOR has become unwatchable to me and it is a credibility issue. It started with his radio show and the token women he has on. When he began to his cut them off just as he might start to let them talk. Then he did his usual cutting off of people I didn't like and that started to bother me. Then I began to disagree with a few of his opinions when he started to say, "Hey I am Mr. Independent." Just didn't buy it.

Now that being said the real troubling fact is that BOR ratings are undeniable, and we have a bunch of Rhinos on the party ticket. So if you want to call me a Kool aide drinking, right wing hate monger, all I can say is that I feel the same way about things as I did when I voted for Reagan. I used to be called the majority. Haven't changed a bit. Oh well ....too bad so sad.

O’Reilly is just another 'info-bubba'.

He acts all knowing, but relies on his so called “crack staff” to do the actual research work.

Since I never watch TV, I’ve never actually seen or heard O’Reilly’s show. What I know about him I know mainly from FR. And it’s not that hard to separate out the reasonable comments from the less thoughtful ones.

Evidently he has a big ego. But let’s not get too carried away. He does us a service by pushing some conservative issues that the MSM won’t touch, although he’s weak on others. The Swift Boat patriots come to mine. No, he’s not perfect, but there are a lot real enemies out there, so why not cut him some slack?

In fact, he seems to have picked this fight, when he would have done better to ignore any thoughtless comments about him. He’s a public figure; doesn’t he understand that public figures have to take a certain amount of flak? But I don’t see any point in esclating the fight. Let it lie.

I like Brit Hume and we used to watch his show all the time without fail. We don’t watch any of it anymore. We listen to Rush. THERE is where you will find the facts.
