I'm all for starting this bitter fight early. Get the firstpunches in.

We should organize a Freeper Agressor Squadron, and blitz people like Bill O Reilly with e-mail bombs.

LOL

"And Bill Clinton, as we must recall, signed into law in 1996 the first and enormously successful retreat from the failed welfare state, the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act, aka welfare reform."

Bush gets blamed for everything from Katrina to bridge collapses, and Clinton gets credit for something he was against.

Yeah, he signed it into law -- when presented with a veto-proof Congressional majority after vetoing it the first go-around.

More like, "And Bill Clinton, as we must recall, was dragged kicking and screaming into the Oval office and forced to sign into law in 1996 the first and enormously successful ..."

The “political left” prefers to be known now as “progressives” until they decide to change their names yet again. “Conservatives” to other “conservatives” have always been called “conservatives” for several decades now and counting while the “political left” were “radicals” in the ‘60’s, “liberals” from the 70’s through to today and “progressives” from about 2004 through to today. It’s usually the most arrogant of “leftists” who prefer to be called “progressives”. The “political left” can’t even agree to identify themselves as one particular name and then stick with that name for several decades and counting!
