3/11: Police Chatting with Suspects and Their Relatives Hid to the Judge
EL MUNDO - Libertad Digital ^ | 23 July 2007 | Casimiro GarcĂa-Abadillo

They made him believe those calls made after 3/11 were from [Jamal] Ahmidan

The Police Hid to [Judge] Del Olmo that Contacted Three Persons Close to “El Chino”.

Between March 27th and March 30th 2004, fifteen days after the attacks of 3/11, the Police maintained telephone contact with one of the persons indicted in the massacre, Otman El Gnaoui. According to EL MUNDO’s revelations, this information did not arrive to the investigative judge, but the police officers made believe Juan Del Olmo that the calls were made by Jamal Ahmidan, aka "El Chino". Also they hid to him that from that same number, and in those days, some civil servant talked with the woman of “El Chino” and with the brother of one of dead ones of Leganés.

(Libertad Digital) Casimiro García-Abadillo exposes that the woman of “El Chino”, who collaborated with the Police since she was arrested and released in March 25th 2004, received two days after that date a call from number 629247179. The conversation lasted approximately a minute, according to the data from the [judicial] summary. That same day, and from that same number, somebody contacted the mobile phone of Othman El Gnaoui, now being judged under the accusation of helping “El Chino” to transport the explosives of 3/11 and to construct a hide-out in the house of Morata. The number appears again in the [Judicial] Summary because on March 30th, four days before the apartment of Leganés exploded, somebody used it to call four times to the mobile phone of Abdelkader Kounjaa, brother of one of persons that died in Leganés, Abdennabi Kounjaa.

The information by EL MUNDO emphasizes that the author of the calls was somebody "with sufficient information to being able to have contacted, at the same time, three persons very close to the alleged leader of the cell that perpetrated the slaughter of day 11 of March in Madrid".

The Police directed the investigations of [Judge] Del Olmo toward “El Chino”

The Police presented in their report this information to Del Olmo as if that telephone number had being used by “El Chino”. As a response to an affirmation of the woman of [Jamal] Ahmidan, who said that since March 25th she hadn’t contacted him, the police officers maintain that the protected witness “does not say the truth”. And they resorted to that mobile phone to justify their statement. Nevertheless, when the judge required Telefónica [telecommunications corporation] information on the owner of that telephone number, the company answers that it is the National Police. This data is obtained by the Judge on September 21st, 2005.

The conclusion that García-Abadillo reaches is that “the Police, days before the apartment of Leganés exploded, had under control three persons very close to Jamal Ahmidan”. He also brings the attention to the fact that “that this fact was not only hidden to the Judge Del Olmo, but someone tried to deceive him, making him think that the owner of the mobile phone number that contacted these persons was not other but El Chino”.

Call previous to a testimony

He asks himself “what tried to hide the UCI [Central Unit of Information of the National Police]” and what information had the police officer that contacted in just three days with the woman of “El Chino”, with one of his closest henchmen, El Gnaoui, and with another close relative of a man who supposedly committed suicide in Leganés, Abdennabi Kounjaa. He points out that “there is no report in the entire summary” that justifies those calls.

When [Judge] Del Olmo knew the owner of that mobile phone number, he called to testify the woman of “El Chino”. She said not remembering who had contacted her although it pointed out that it happened “shortly before coming to this court to give testimony”.

By J Aguilar,

Well, by Luis del Pino, from his blog:

It is not the first time that we have proven the wicked attribution of mobile phones. We already know, by previous news, how two telephones commercialized through the Interdist company and assigned by the Police to El Chino belonged in fact to Hicham Ahmidan (cousin of El Chino) and to Rachid Tachti (friend of Rafá Zouhier). We already know too that two of the phones attributed by the Police “without doubt” to The Tunisian were operative two months after the explosion of Leganés where the Tunisian died, because in fact those mobile phones belonged to other people. It will not be the last time that we talk about telephones that do not belong to whom the Police said that it was their owner. What soundness has this phone plot on which it was tried to build the structure of the Official Version?

----------------------------

By J Aguilar, again,

Why did the Police contact those persons so close to the alleged suicides of Leganés in those critical dates, just before the explosion and just before Rosa, El Chino’s Christian woman, gave testimony before the Judge? Why did they try to hide those contacts later?

In addition, why did the Police have so much interest in providing pathetic arguments against the testimony of Rosa, the mother of El Chino’s Christian son, saying that she lost contact with her man on March 25th, well before his alleged suicide during TV prime time in the evening of Saturday April 3rd? Was Jamal Ahmidan, days before the apartment of Leganés exploded, already dead?

Simply that what the MSM has told about 3/11 is not true.

I recommend to read this article by Frank Gaffney:

Spain's "Terrorgate"?

This post in particular addresses the question of how some scapegoats were blamed for the attack. It is now clear that some members of the Spanish security forces built a plot assigning arbitrarily mobile phone numbers to suspects. In one case they attributed to the leader of the alleged cell that committed 3/11 a number that belonged to the National Police itself, and then lied to the judge, which is what is exposed in this information.

Moreover, this proves that someone inside the National Police were contacting some suspects and their relatives well before they were cornered and killed in strange circumstances, which prompts the hypothesis they controlled them well before and that all was a set-up.

Some Muslim usual suspects were framed by members of National Police in order to get the Socialist party in office, that is clear now. What remains somewhat a mystery is who planted the bombs, whether ETA or the Spanish secret services themselves -infestated with pro-Socialist members- with some collaboration of ETA.

In the end, that was it, a coup d’etat.
