The Madrid Train Bombings: Just Another Step in the Strategy of Tension

A Strategy of Tension is a way of manipulating a democracy through violence, usually carried out by elements that enjoy some degree of impunity. Spain has been suffering continous terrorists attacks since 1973.
It is remarkable that the Madrid Train Bombings came when the terror organization responsible for those attacks was cornered and against the government that had achieved that success.
Developing a Strategy of Tension often needs to perform False Flag Operations. Bombings are attacks that can easily be the result of such tactics, since it is intrisically difficult to obtain a direct lead to the real perpetrators and decoys are easy to deploy.

The Pursuit of the Truth demands coolness in the time of isolating data and rejecting misinformation. A novel that well portrays the fundamentals for a careful investigation was written by Gaston Leroux more than one hundred years ago an it is already free to download from Internet:

Leroux, as a reporter, covered many trials, and was familiarized with the logic of the forensic investigations.

Sadly, the Strategy of Tension is not something new, it has been carried out before. Claudio Celani has written a report that summarizes developments in Italy during the so-called "lead years":

Although I disagree with some issues and conclusions, other historical facts are fairly similar to what has happened and is happening in Spain in such a high degree that just substituing names and dates in the first two parts of the report, you get a vision far more congruent about the whole Spanish Strategy of Tension in general and the Madrid Train Bombings in particular than any media has been able to provide.
