Nothing to see here, CAIR says they are just college kids with leftover fireworks from 4th of July on a joy ride.
A hypothetical question then....If a bomb does go off and witnesses see two camel jockies running from the site in question yelling Alah Ackbar and death to America, it’s safe to assume the F.B.I. will say there is no known connection to terrorism?— CLOWN ALERT AT THE F.B.I.!
calling the FBI morons only gives morons an insult
See... Here in is your problem guys. You've always been taught that that 2 + 2 = 4. Let me tell you right now. The FBI knows, as you should also, that 2 + 2 = 3
Prolly just taking some fireworks to the Annual Lutheran Covered Dish Dinner. You know how the Lutherans like to show off their Roman Candles to the Methodists across the street. Protestant pranks.
“Move along” the F.B.I. says....they were just Amway salesmen.
Here’s a new thread on this.
Hate to sound paranoid here, but whatever happened to the story about Oak Ridge?
I’ve pinged several freepers from around here and really would like to know the rest of that story. There was no mention of the nationality of the guy involved at Oak Ridge, and I watch the local news, read the newspapers daily, and have seen nothing about this guy being captured, no followup at all. In case I missed it, I’m wondering if anyone has info on the outcome of this incident.
Of course they’re terrorists. The FBI did not say they were. Ther FBI said they had no KNOWN KNOWN KNOWN LINKS LINKS LINKS to terrorism.
Oi....nevermind. We’re at war...therefore FReepers have a right to be willfully incompetent. Got it.
Don't get let the media get you riled up just because the FBI is being prudent and not making assumptions until they have investigated.
These people were just picked up in a traffic stop and haven't even been charged yet. The FBI needs a chance to do their jobs.
Repeat after me:
The FBI (website) reports that there is no known link to terrorism.
The FBI (website) reports that there is no known link to terrorism.
The FBI (website) reports that there is no known link to terrorism.
The FBI (website) reports that there is no known link to terrorism..
You’re convinced now?
“The men 21-year-old Yousef Megahed and 24-year-old Ahmed Mohamed.”
Of course, NO link to terrorism...
And I repeat: they don't need a link. Their primary "link" is the Koran.
They were just preparing a traditional Muslim celebration for the anniversary of the killing of the Israeli athletes at Munich by blowing up an American nursery school.
What are you, an Islamophobe?
Or the follow up on the guy that sabotaged the NASA computer ...
Much of this comes from the constant outcries from the left.
For Instance, in the last few minutes, on another board, I have been told that we should not have attacked the Taliban, since they did not attack us, and that the entire “War On Terror” is just a masterful piece of propoganda by PNAC.

The FBI is gunshy about making ANY connections publicly, because of BS exactly like this.
Isn’t this the same FBI that thought Vince Foster killed himself? Isn’t this the same FBI that ignored their own paid informat when she told them the Oklahoma City Federal Building along with two other cites were targets for terrorism? Isn’t this the same FBI that bull-dozed and burned something like 82 people at Waco including about thirteen children?
Geez, hard to believe they could get anything wrong isn’t it.
Pray tell, what use would anyone have for these bomb making materials unless they worked in construction. And if they did work for constuction, they wouldn’t have been arrested.
Nope, these sure couldn’t be terrorists...
Just did a google search online, they’re USF students.

Of course, don’t get me started on USF and ties to terrorism.
But, on the other hand, a GaTech student was arrested on terrorism charges, even though USF had a professor deported for ties to terrorism...it’s not the only place in the country it’s happening.
