This is part of the national park but a bit remote. The gorge here has a lot of white water & near the edges some areas of smooth shale or slate. We will go there prolly today & the water will be high & running fast. WIll take my inner tube. WIth this lower level of water there are some pools about chest high but in most of stream here you can walk in water shallow or no deeper than your knees. In the areas with the deep pools, once can still walk along edges to have low water. NOT TODAY however. Not a day for sissies! Most of the water will be over head for both John & me
