Thank you so much for your prayers for my son. I can't quote the scripture, but I know there is a promise from God that whenever two or more of His children are agreed in prayer according to His will He will answer.

And He is answering every day as my family is drawn closer to one another and closer to Him as a result of this health problem. Some other serious personal problems in our family's relationships have been resolved as a result of this situation. God often works in mysterious ways that we don't understand, and we are seeing that in this situation which no one wanted but may yet turn out to be a blessing in disguise that will have eternal consequences. Again, thank you for your concern.

I well understand how such an experience can bring a family closer together and to the Lord, and also can help smooth over and heal past hurts. This happened in our family two years ago when my BIL was diagnosed with leukemia. Praise God he is now in remission and doing well! I pray it will be the same for your son.

You might be interested in seeing the prayer thread I started for him when he was diagnosed. Then a year ago we had another scare when his blood test came back positive for the second time, but see the update in post 211. Hope it encourages your faith and hope in what God can do.
