The US rule of law is central to our survival as a democracy........what distingushes the US from the hellholes of the world.

Illegals are underming our democracy.

Their contempt for our laws is a danger to our Nation.

Illegal invaders obviously feel comfortable in the US only by degrading the US into a Third World banana republic——--into one of those South and Central American hellholes from which they emanate

Clearly, these Third World satraps, and their nationals, are conniving to hoist themselves out of their poverty and corruption on the backs of US taxpayers.

Agreed. And if you look at what's been going on Congress lately, it's very clear that we no longer live under the rule of law, we now live under the rule of man.

Statement: "It’s actually even worse: law-abiding citizens defending themselves against the crimaliens really run the risk of criminal prosecution and/or civil lawsuits."

Response: A true observation. However, eventually citizens will defend themselves. Self defense is too basic.

The politicians who advocate tolerating illegal immigration are telling the illegals that it’s OK to break our immigration laws. Some illegals figure, if it’s OK to break one law why not break some more? Why not violate traffic laws? Why not rape women? Why not kill people? Liberalism is a form of insanity.

Obvious answer. All elective offices are packed with lawyers protecting their turf.

And yet, we continue to elect mostly lawyers to high public office.

how does an illegal alien, “who works hard for low wages, doing the jobs we Americans won’t do”, come up with 15 thousand cas for bail?, and if this were in arizona, at least we have a law that is supposed to DENY BAIL to a suspected illegal, that is alleged to have committed as serious crime

Our politicians are pandering idiots, sucking up to these invaders for a few votes.

You are clouding the issue.

These are not politicians, these are blue state politicians. I bet there is not a republican anywhere near this mess.

This is the kind of justice you get in blue cities/blue states.

......how does an illegal alien, “who works hard for low wages, doing the jobs we Americans won’t do," come up with 15 thousand cash for bail?..........

Excellent question. Could be any one or ALL of the following:

Guy is an ID thief and looted bank accounts and other financial assets of Americans.

Guy has several SS#, filed multiple tax returns, and pocketed multiple $3500 EITC checks.

Guy is collecting multiple unemployment and workmen's comp benefits under several identities.

Guy is collecting multiple welfare checks and is cashing in food stamps for cash at Newark bodegas.

Guy is a drug dealer.

And that is why the 17th Amendment MUST be repealed.

Where are the race pimps now? When a black sex worker accused white boys of crime that NEVER occurred it was a media firestorm. As far as I can tell these dead kids were trying to make their way to better life, the right way by going to college. These victims deserve better than that crazy whore in Durham. And the suspect is not only an illegal, but an illegal with criminal record of crimes which represent a danger to society. Blacks are losing job opportunities to illegals, illegals live in areas more of a threat to blacks than whites. Whites are most likely to be a victim of an illegal when the illegal is driving drunk as we often see. Leadership in black America needs to wake up and stop sleeping in the servants quarters of the Democrat plantation and recognize some rich white boys at Duke are not a threat to black America but illegals maybe a bigger threat to them, than America in general.

Newark is a sanctuary city — they advertised for this scumbag to come there and threw out the WELCOME mat when he did.

I hope the families sue this dhimmicrat sh!thole into the next century.

Should also be detemined how many identities this scumbag had-—how many times he’s registered to vote with fraudulent documents-—and the number of times he voted fraudulently.

All of those sitting in tax-paid gov’t offices who allowed this scum to vote illegally should be prosecuted.

Fraudulently elected candidates should also be placed under investigation.

Good, it turns out your guess was correct.

On another note, worse than not calling the Feds is the unbelievable actions of the judges who let this creep out on bail multiple times. It's disgusting.

Also check out this from another article:

Carranza is being held on $1 million bail. His lawyer, Felix Lopez Montalvo, declined to comment, but Carranza's sister said today he is innocent of the killings.

This is is third indictment and they still offer him bail?
