All elective offices are packed with lawyers protecting their turf...

This is exactly why some prisons are called "club fed".....you don't think that the "officials" in charge of making the laws are going to risk going to a real prison in payment for the frauds that they can't cover up sufficiently.

Every congressman, senator, executive dept, and justice dept "official" are a hair's breadth from prosecution and incarceration.....sometimes for nothing more than another "official" is pissed at them.

.....Western Union should be investigated. WU is aiding in the hiding and conversion and transmission of the invaders illegal cash to legitimate funds. ALL international WU money transfers need to be filtered and siezed as necessary to stop this theft from the USA...... TAX THESE REMISSIONS also.

Now listen up-----from a previous Liz thread;

Wrench: Western Union is conducting a large scale money laundering operation WRT the export of this cash. The money was derived from illegal activities in this country. Western Union is aiding in the hiding and conversion of this cash to legitimate funds. ALL international WU money transfers need to be filtered and siezed as necessary to stop this theft from the USA.

LURKER: Slap an immediate 100% Federal excise tax on all wire transfers to Central and South America unless that transfer is going to a bona fide US Embassy where it will be picked up by a bona fide US citizen.

Myrddin: Deputize the Western Union employees as ICE agents. Require a green card, valid visa or proof of citizenship before performing a wire transfer. Detect and detain the illegals with a finders fee from ICE. Western Union is useful fly paper for attracting these criminals.

voiceinthewind: The Federal Reserve has a program called “Directo a Mexico”. According to the FAQ on their site, Mexico accounted for over 20 Billion, thats right, 20 Billion dollars in remittances in 2005. The Fed reassures it’s “customers” that if they are deported to Mexico they can still access their money. No proof of residency required.

voiceinthewind: Bank of America has a program called SafeSend. No fees if you are sending to Mexico. They do not require a passport or visa, they will accept the Mexican Counsulate ID, plus one other form of ID. All you need is a personal checking account with Bank of America. SafeSend program started in 2002. And credit cards for people with no social security number or credit history.

“However, eventually citizens will defend themselves. Self defense is too basic.”

It is my considered opinion that in the not to distant future, animals like these will be hunted down and killed in the streets by outraged citizens.

Historically, that is what always happens when the government becomes too corrupt and/or ineffectual to protect the law abiding citizen.

If this incident does not wake people up regarding the dangers of illegal immigration, I truly believe nothing will.

Good, it turns out your guess was correct.

It wasn't a guess.

County officials never alert immigration to anything - ever since the NJ State Troopers profiling "scandal" law enforcement in this state has been forbidden to inquire about any perp's immigration status: the NJ Supreme Court considers it to be a violation of the perp's civil rights.

When the sherriff's office said "apparently" that immigration knew, I recognized that he was using "plausible deniability" language.

If they actually had informed immigration, the officer would have given an incident and a date that immigration had been contacted and completely passed the buck with a sigh of relief.

That he was incapable of doing so was telling.

And no, I am not surprised that one of our corrupt judges has extended bail to this classic example of a flight risk.

As you didn't source it when asked to, like I said good guess.

The Sheriff's office is apparently allowed to inquire into the immigration status of those in custody as they ran his social security number on Thursday after he was arrested, found out it was fake, then notified immigration.

I'm not surprised at any of it either though, NJ is a cesspool.

Let’s see...;
1) Rapes my daughter over a period of years,
2) Threatens my family if we testify,
3) Dies a certain death,
4) Harms no one thereafter!

As far as I’m concerned, the threats are an admission of guilt, and a jury is no longer necessary.
I wouldn’t wait around to see how well the police are able to provide my family with 24/7 protection.
Any action I take, following the threat, is self-defense!

Where are all the pro-illegal immigrant advocates who used to roam these threads telling us all about how good for this country these illegals are?

Stand up and take some credit, people...

As you didn't source it when asked to, like I said good guess.

My source was my intimate familiarity with the way criminal "justice" in my state works - my wife interned her way through law school assisting public defenders in Newark.

The Sheriff's office is apparently allowed to inquire into the immigration status of those in custody as they ran his social security number on Thursday after he was arrested, found out it was fake, then notified immigration.

Because this case is now so publicly notorious that if his lawyer tried to get the immigration violations struck on the grounds that running the SSN number was a violation of his civil rights, the judge would have to face angry community leaders.

If this case were not a headline case, immigration status would not have been questioned.

I'm not surprised at any of it either though, NJ is a cesspool.

The NJ state government is a cesspool because the urban centers which the entire state government's structure was predicated on: Newark, the Hudson County cities, Trenton and Camden - are all slums run by Democratic machines.

I think the victims’ families should sue the rotten NJ officials and the federal government for aiding and abetting the illegal alien murderers and criminals in general.

This can start an avalanche of lawsuits and billions in compensation.

It’s our money; however, it will turn the screws on OBL and put some officials in jail or at least will get them kicked out of their sensitive jobs.

......the victims’ families should sue the rotten NJ officials and the federal government for aiding and abetting the illegal alien murderers.....

The scumbag NJ Gov Corzine attended the first funeral held today.

The suck-up pol is hoping to score political points on the backs of murdered young people, and their destroyed families.

Day before the murders, Corzine announced the formation of a blue-ribbon panel of hyphenates "to look after the human rights and civil rights of each and every immigrant."

Civil rights.......yeah sure.

The hyphenate fellater is aiding and abetting more murders, crimes and chaos.

“You assume wrong.”

I’d like to be wrong. We’ll see a year from November — if they continue to elect leftists, we’ll know that they like it — if they don’t I’ll admit that I’m mistaken.
