I am unaware of any “Federal Immigration Department” referenced in the news article. I believe the author means “ICE” or Immigration Customs and Enforcement. The author knows not even this about the federal agency responsible, and then does not fact-check?

Judging by the way the illegals (of all ages) act around teenage schoolgirls in my hometown I'm surprised this doesn't happen much more than it is reported. There is a definite difference in values where how to treat females is concerned.
