There are rules here at FR.

N00bs like the two of you should read up on them.

The “rules” are what JimRob and his staff make of them. It’s not unusual for a poster to get on a tear and post a number of articles. Usually they get tired of it fairly quickly, especially if the articles don’t generate much discussion.

If Jim Robinson wants something done about it, he’ll get it done.

I agree.

And thats why I complained. If nothing happens fine, all I can do is report.

You know it strikeing how when you “oldtimers” can’t defend your argument you come back with the NOOB BS. Like hanging around FR for a couple of years makes you smart. I’m in my seventh decade on this earth so I suspect you are the NEWBIE little man.

I think it’s reasonable to complain ... and then reasonable to give up on complaining, if it becomes clear that the moderators aren’t going to react.

Life is like that sometimes.

Romulans are famous for their ability to flip from one side of an issue to another...it is not at all surprising to find that the Romneys once supported Planned Parenthood and now conveniently "don't recall" their donations.

BTW, I’m a girl.

And only experience here on FR counts toward a non-noob status.

And I am not an oldtimer, far from it.

Wow. Ann Romney talking like her husband. Uh, I don't remember giving money to Planned Parenthood -- it was just another check, ya know? Coincidentally, I became pro-life at the exact same time my husband did, also the exact same time he decided to run for president.

"So I've had to make a decision, a personal decision, on this, and it came pretty much at the same time with Mitt, with feeling about M.S. and research dollars and everything else, as to the value of life and experimentation on life," Mrs. Romney said.

Ann and Mitt Romney were using her M.S. as a political prop to promote embryonic stem cell research -- before they both coincidentally decided to switch from pro-abortion to pro-life.

Romney added that he and Ann have donated "generously" to Massachusetts Citizens for Life -- to the tune of $15,000 -- and that Ann is now a leader in that organization.

Mitt only donated to Massachusetts Citizens for Life after he had officially announced his run for president.

He had never given them any money before.

He got his wife into their leadership -- and then six months after cashing the check, they gave him an award.

If Mitt was "personally pro-life" all these years, how come he never gave money to pro-life groups? And the only record of donation by the Romneys is to Planned Parenthood?

But I will say this for Ann Romney, in an interview with Larry King she gave a compelling argument against stem cell research and that coming from a woman with a neurological disease, exactly the kind of person the pro stem cell folks say should be for the research.

Before Mitt started running for president, he and Ann Romney were using her M.S. to bolster his pro-embryonic stem cell research credentials and bash President Bush for opposing it.

Now he supports some embryonic research and opposes other embryonic research -- and still uses his wife's illness as a political prop to shield himself from criticism.

The image of DEVOUT Mormans giving $150 to Planned Parenthood is disturbing.

Really hard to tell where she and her husband stand. A family of flip-floppers.

I’m not a Romney man, but could it be that the money was given before Planned Parenthood revealed their disgusting under side? I don’t know.

Ahh, I have always KNOWN their “disgusting under side”, how could the Romneys be so INNOCENT? I don’t buy that at all.

2002 video clip of Romney on YouTube shows that he still supported abortion on the eve of his Gubernatorial term. NOBODY can have a change of heart that fast, not even the great Bill Clinton.
I'm sorry, but Romney isn't presidential material. He is damaging himself almost as bad as Giuliani is on this issue.

Maybe they thought it was morally wrong but as a policy decision felt it should be legal, as outlawing the practice might be more problematic.

I just read EEE’s post (#38) and I guess I am wrong. Just tried to give him the benefit of the doubt - and it turned out precisely the way that usually turns out. Whenever I try to be nice in spite of everything, it fails. I don’t like him anyway. There: I said it.
