Edwards on Clinton: Either You Love Her or You Don't ... (not physically of course)

ABC News' Teddy Davis Reports: Either you love her or you don't -- thats how former Sen. John Edwards, D-N.C., summed up Hillary Clinton -- his Democratic presidential rival -- during a Wednesday appearance on MSNBC's "Hardball."
"I think the reality is people in this country either love Hillary Clinton or they don't. And that's just the way she is in many ways through no fault of her own. And I think that's what Obama was talking about," said Edwards in reference to an interview that Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., gave to The Washington Post.
While joining Obama in portraying Clinton as divisive, Edwards would not label her "corrupt" when prompted to do so by MSNBC's Chris Matthews.
In his interview with the Washington Post's Dan Balz, Obama argued that he has a greater capacity than Clinton to unify the country and move it out of what he called "ideological gridlock."

'Physical' and 'love' and 'Hillary' should never, EVER, be put together in the same sentence.

I think he’s right that Hillary is very polarizing and divisive.
I think it’s ironic that the same people who charged that Bush campaigned as a uniter not a divider, and turned out to be divisive, are the same people who want to foist Hillary Clinton on us.
I would love to know how many Democrats really love Hillary, compared to how many think she’s inevitable, vs. how many are afraid to voice opposition, vs. how many just want to survive in the Dem. party and feel that they are stuck with her in ‘08. Some loyal Dems. may feel that if she wins in ‘08, fine, otherwise, a defeat in ‘08 may mean the end of the Clintons politically.
Everyone knew when she was elected to the Senate in ‘00 that she would run for president someday. She, or Bill, or whoever is making decisions, decided to sit out ‘04, and with Kerry’s loss, that made the ‘08 race open for her.
