Blacks must tread softly in New Jersey
Amsterdam News ^ | 08.16.07 | ALTON H. MADDOX JR.

Posted on 08/16/2007 9:10:45 PM PDT by Coleus

Any reputable, criminal profiler will tell you that an execution-style shooting involving multiple victims will, invariably, include missiles and a message. It will also involve victims and a target. These are the earmarks of state-sponsored or state-tolerated terrorism.

The recent executions of three Black college students in Newark meet these criteria. They attended Delaware State University. A fourth youth survived a gunshot wound to the head. This was not a botched robbery, and the Black community in Newark needs a Black detective, like in the Tawana Brawley case, to side step a cover-up. Assuming arguendo that the murder suspect, Jose Carranza, was the ringleader in these terroristic acts, he may be convicted of murder, but he will never serve a day in prison. The first clue is the fact that he was originally given bail after these executions. Bail would be unavailable to any Black executioner.

The prison industrial complex is a maze, and there is enough cover for Carranza to flee the cuckoo’s nest, especially since he is an “illegal immigrant” enjoying apparent diplomatic immunity. Today, many prisons are privatized and they ship human cargo in intestate commerce to accommodate state mischief.

To be sure, the criminal justice system is coddling Carranza. An “illegal immigrant” is a misnomer. Carranza is, by definition, contraband. If the government seized two hundred pounds of cocaine, there would be a major investigation if a property clerk were unable to locate the contraband. Similarly, bail was unavailable to enslaved Africans. The United States and New Jersey have carved out a revolving door for Carranza. New Jersey grand juries have indicted him, at least, twice this year. He walked both times with low amounts of bail, which are even generous by standards enumerated by the Eighth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

of course he is confused. as a washed-out, disbarred lawyer, he's has nothing else to do.  He was involved with Fat Al Sharpton and the fat tawana Brawley fraud.

I don’t know if “ALTON H. MADDOX JR.” is the notorious Tawana Brawley charlatan Alton Maddox, or his son.

In any case the author of this insanity is a certifable moron/psychotic.

Paging John Shaft!;)

Am I going nuts, or did this guy actually reference the Tawana Brawley case in a serious manner?

ALTON H. MADDOX JR. is a deceitful, semi-psychotic convicted criminal and disbarred lawyer. What kind of a rag gives this sociopath a venue to spew his endless venom?

Yeh. About the time he was insisting that Blacks are a “sovereignty” (whatever the heck that is) that needs to petition the World Court for recognition of its status, I began to wonder if perhaps the author was fond of inhaling oven cleaner for recreational purposes.

Blacks must tread softly in New Jersey

That doesn't mean 'blacks must tread' legally. Big difference...

You know it is not a complete CF until Alton Maddox Jr. chimes in with an opinion.

I’m surprised this didn’t appear in one of the NorthJersey Newspapers rags. It’s typical of what they print. Maddox has flipped. He was just a fool; this is evidence of mental illness.

This is a pretty good peak into widely accepted beliefs held by most of the Newark community, and one of the reasons the NYTimes did that article about Booker promoting a Portuguese white guy to head the police department.

Correction:

This is a pretty good peak into widely accepted beliefs held by *a large plurality* of the Newark community, and one of the reasons the NYTimes did that article about Booker promoting a Portuguese white guy to head the police department.

He was Sharpton's partner along with C. Vernon Mason in the Tawana hoax. Madox was the vilest of the three and has been paying for it every day since by being forced to live broke and in marginalized obscurity (even in Black NY).

And yes, you are going nuts but that's a different story.

The author is a very confused young man. IMHO.

He is a confused OLD man. But that is not the point. This piece is good news, because it shows the rumblings of discord amongst blacks regarding illegal aliens. The Left has kept this discord to a minimum, but it cannot last long. Blacks are severely hurt by the illegal invasion, in the workplace and as victims of crime--far more than are whites. Blacks are a natural ally for our side in efforts to block any amnesty/DREAM Act laws, and we should spend time and money to better court them

are you kidding? I wouldn’t waste a red cent on them. They will always vote Democrat, even for a yellow dog. I’ve been involved in local school board and council and some state elections where the candidates tried to court the blacks. It doesnt’t work. I remember schundler going to all the projects and black neighborhoods touting the school choice programs he had to offer. He lost by a landslide. And republican will always lose when it comes to courting the black vote. It’s a shame that they fail to realize that the democrats just use them, to buy their votes with promises of government programs. Becuase of this they remain stagnant.

The Hispanics and Asians come here to a new country not knowing the language and in a few years they pass up the blacks on the social, educational and business ladder. Republicans, we lost the black vote since the depression, save and keep your money and spend it on a different demographic.
