Maybe I’m just an idiot...but why would I want to count non-Americans as part of the census? If the guy has a visa...it might be in the gray area where it makes some sense...but why would I count a bunch of Indian students at Auburn university who are there for four years and have them edge up Alabama’s population? Seems to me that we’ve got this out of whack.

It is unfortunate but the census' mandate is to count 'Persons'. A mass invasion without Federal intervention and protection could not have been forseen by the drafters of the Constitution as the three branches created to govern would have to violate their mandates in order for this to happen.
