but some become aggressive and bites and rabies are a problem.
We've got excessive bird excrement and West Nile virus. Maybe we can send the birds to India. They eat them there don't they? /s

When I was in India 10 years ago, I saw no dogs in Delhi or Calcutta.
I did see 2 dogs in Silchar, they were mid sized, short haired and looked more like dingos.

Having been both to Korea and to India, in the latter of which I witnessed some of India’s extremely unfortunate stray dogs (also called pi dogs), I can say with some degree of assurance that Korea wouldn’t take them. Not even North Korea.

It's a global economy ... whether we like/agree with it or not ... so ... invite the Koreans into India, give them carte blanche power over how and what ones to capture ... the Koreans foot the bill for capture and transportation ... problem solved.
Sort of like migrant farmers ... they enter a nation to harvest the crop ... and like sharecroppers, they get a (large) piece of the action.
Or better yet ... all those caught on our southern border?
Ship 'em over to India to 'harvest the crop'.
There's ways and there's ways to do this folks.
(PS ... while in Uijongbu-ri, Korea, '65 - '66, I tasted dog ... it's pretty good.)

There are lots of rats in Delhi. They’re all over the trainstation. Maybe they would make a tastey soup.

Maybe Michael Vick could go there and help out as part of his plea bargain!
