It would be interesting to know if any “donors” might have purchased multiple cases of books as a way to get around campaign finance laws.

8,000!!! Makes you wonder about their definition of “sold.”

Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del.: "Promises to Keep..."

Must be fiction.

If 1.2 million copies of Living History books were in the Clinton Library, then it would be quite plain that the “donations” to the library, which do not fall under campaign donation laws, have been circumvented.

In essence, donors to the library were giving directly to the Clintons when said gifts would have been illegal either as campaign donations or considered unethical as a Senator getting direct gifts from donors; can you say “graft”?

It would be quite interesting to be able to document how many cases of Living History are stored at the Clinton Library.

BTW: When you deliberately spell Clinton Library incorrectly, you lessen the possibility of others being able to use this forum for research. A search engine is only as good as the search terms.

Linda Tripp was excoriated by the left for wanting to make a profit by writing a book. She never wrote a book. Go figure.

Hmmm... Hillary got an 8 million dollar advance for her book. Has it sold enough to justify that amount? Looks like Obama and Rudy delivered the goods though.

Mid-2008 would be a good time for that book to come out...
