Attorneys for the Metropolitan Airports Commission and U.S. Airways pushed their case in the Minneapolis federal court Tuesday against six Imams kicked off a flight.
The lawyers for MAC and U.S. Airways asked the judge to throw out the Imams’ lawsuit against them. From there, the judge will decided whether to dismiss the entire lawsuit, allow parts of it to go forward, or to approve the entire case for trial.
All six Muslim leaders were kicked off a November flight after some passengers said they were acting suspiciously. The Imams were released after being questioned by the FBI and the Secret Service.
In court, however, attorney Fred Goetz told the judge, U.S. Airways and the MAC, "Want to keep everything under the carpet and dismiss everything."
Goetz called the Imams, "victims," who were never charged.
Attorney Dane Jaques, for U.S. Airways, warned of a chilling effect if the lawsuit were allowed to go forward and defend the captain, saying, "If there is a security threat and he decides not to take action, the results could be catastrophic."
Judge Ann Montgomery seemed skeptical at times, asking at one point if U.S. Airways showed "willful blindness" by not asking the right questions before kicking the Imams off the flight; it was discovered that some of the information given to the captain turned out to be false.
Montgomery will take at least a week before deciding whether to dismiss the lawsuit.

to not “shoot from the hip” when commenting on the rise of radical Islam
(and resultant dhimmitude) in Europe and the UK.

learn there are 40,000 to 50,000 Bosnian Muslims in the St. Louis area.
And the Missouri Department of Revenue even puts out a Bosnian-language
drivers license manual.
Even here in flyover country, the dhimmitude just ain’t rachetted up
as much as it is on “the continent of Europe” or the UK.
But the contagion is here AND growing.
Maybe those reports of “global warming” are just meant to distract us
“frogs” from noticing the Islamics are slowly ramping up the temperature
of the water.
In the boiler they’ve dropped us into.
That, early presidential debates, war on terror(supposedly)and save the animals and fish. Oh, and also clean water and clean air. Many distractions to hide what is really happening to our nation. Let's all just raise pigs. At least that way we'll know there will be some distance between us and them muskies.
