Man Wants Forgiveness for Putting Toddler in Dryer

Bobby Lynn Curtis, 27, of Lumberton, in the Hardin County Jail for putting his girlfriend's 2-year-old girl in a dryer, held a press conference today asking for forgiveness.

Curtis, who said he did not have an attorney as of this morning, acknowledged past problems with anger but said this was the first time he had hurt someone.

The girl remains in her mother's custody while Curtis is in jail, unable to set a $150,000 bond.

It was his girlfriend's little daughter. I think, in situations like this, there should be some punishment for the mothers who move these low-life, scumbags in the same house with their children.

Hell, I’d of thought it’d been killer fun to ride a dryer when I was two years or four years old. ‘Course I was a boy. I remember riding inside tires down steep hills at a very young age, couldn’t be alot different. ‘Course the key is, that was the kinda stuff I liked to do, wasn’t imposed on me as punishment.
