The heathen liberals are either guilty of incompetence or treason.
It used to be that private companies which helped the government during times of national crises were applauded. Now, because of idiots like the ACLU and CAIR (and their communist mouthpieces like ANSWER), they are sued when they attempt to do the right thing.
Liberalism is mental deficiency, rather than any coherent set of political beliefs. Those who claim to be the defenders of ordinary Americans have in fact done everything they can to undermine our security, obstruct our intelligence agencies, and demoralize our military. They deserve a swift kick in the collective ass, and they will reap what they sow.

The who? He's a Bush admin apointee. " Mike McConnell was sworn in as the nation's second Director of National Intelligence on February 13, 2007."
McConnell said it takes 200 hours to assemble a FISA warrant on a single telephone number. “We’re going backwards,” he said. “We couldn’t keep up.”
Talk about stretching the truth. FISA has always allowed a wiretap to happen immediately, as long as you get a warrant within 3 or 4 days.
