Doesn’t whoever wrote or proof-read this story realize that Murtha can’t be sued for “liable”, but can, however, be sued for “libel”? Murtha is scum and these Marines deserve his hide as a doormat, but I’d be more optimistic about the chances of having that happen without stupid mistakes like that.

The “Thomas Moore Law Center” seems far more adept at issuing press releases than protecting the interests of their clients. Of all the Marines to have thus far completed their Article 32 hearing, only the one represented by the Thomas Moore Law Center will face trial.
