I read the info at the link to Kos, and the statement that Melanie’s the only conservative left in SF. As an ex-Californian, from the Bay Area, I can say for sure that is not true.

Unfortunately we also have all these wanna-bes that weren’t even born then. But they are not nearly as innocent or naive as most of the “flower children” were. There is something much darker and more sinister about the younger ones, except for some of the hippy-dippy airheaded ones.
