Heck, they're killing us who've lived in Northern VA all our lives and have seen it go more liberal, more pro-"open borders" and in general gone down the drain over the past 30-35 years! In Arlington, where I've lived since I was a toddler, the local elections are nothing but a choice of different Dims. I can't remember when a RINO, much less a conservative, ran for County Board or the school board.
